Join your fellow parks and maintenance professionals from across the state at the 2020 SCRPA Parks Maintenance Institute! This 2-day professional development program is designed exclusively for all park maintenance staff in SC.

A.     Sports Turf Maintenance: When to Perform Tasks -  Jackie Jordan, Clemson Extension Agent, Fairfield, Kershaw & Richland Counties            .                            
Learn how to determine the appropriate time to perform a variety of tasks to improve your sports turf. (1 pesticide credit)


              B.     Playground Inspection & Maintenance – Eddie LaRocque, Playground Guardian

Learn about playground safety and inspection plans.

A.     Spreader / Sprayer Calibration -  Justin Ballew, Clemson Extension Agent, Lexington and Saluda Counties.

Improve your parks, save your organization time and money by learning proper calibration methods. (1 pesticide credit)   


              B.     This Don’t Make No DANG Sense! – Pearse Tourmay, Executive Director – Carolina Elite Soccer Association 

             Try to make sense of it all by taking a look at tournament planning through the eyes of a tournament director.

Refund Policy:

On or before Dec. 22, $25 will be deducted from your refund. Between Dec. 22 - January 8, 50% of your total registration fee will be deducted from your refund.  After January 8, no refunds.  **In addition, ALL credit card refunds are subject to an additional $6.95 processing fee.
