• Personnel Standards Committee name changed to Professional Development
• Creation of new Executive Level Management Branch
• Branch Requirements updated
• Electronic Voting accepted
• Proposed Constitutional Amendments to be posted 30 days prior to Annual Conference
• Additional Agency memberships can be determined by the Board of Directors

• Voting to take place on a fixed date of second Tuesday in November
